Step 1 of 10

Most Implant Dentists Follow a Manual. I wrote it.

After 40 years of fixing what others couldn’t, Dr Peter Sanders knew something had to change.

Too many patients were told they “weren’t suitable,” or sold cheap, rushed implants that failed within years.

So he built a method around what really matters.  Your health, your healing, and your long-term confidence.

That’s how The Peter Sanders Implant Method™ was born.

It’s the approach other implant dentists now come to learn from.

What Makes the Sanders Implant Method™ Different

Health Comes First

Most dentists rush to fill the gap.

We don’t.

Before placing a single implant, we make sure your mouth is genuinely healthy and not just “looks fine” on a scan.

Because here’s the truth:

If the same bacteria that destroyed your natural teeth are still in your mouth, they’ll do exactly the same to your implants.

We’ve seen it far too often, and it’s always preventable.

That’s why the Sanders Implant Method™ starts with fixing your foundations.

We identify and eliminate the bacteria, rebalance your gum health and make sure your body is ready to heal.

Only then do we rebuild your smile. Safely, predictably and for life.

Powered by Your Own Healing

We use a small sample of your own blood to create a concentrated healing serum.

This helps reduce swelling, speed up recovery, and improve comfort after treatment.

All using your body’s natural ability to heal.

Short Implants. No Bone Grafts.

Have you ever been told you don’t have enough bone for dental implants?

In most cases, that simply isn’t true.

Using short implants, we can often avoid bone grafting completely.

That means fewer surgeries, less discomfort, and a faster recovery.

Pain free dental implants

Calmer, Quieter, Painless Treatment

Instead of rushing or using high-speed drills, we place your implants slowly and precisely using a unique slow placement method.

This protects the bone and ensures the implant integrates strongly for lasting stability and comfort.

Your Next Step: Apply for a Private Consultation

We do not offer free consultations, and that is deliberate.

The Sanders Implant Method™ is deeply personalised, and every consultation is dedicated exclusively to you.

You will meet with our Client Care Team first to discuss your background, previous dentistry and goals.

If you are a suitable candidate, we will invite you to a comprehensive consultation with Dr Sanders himself.

This is not a sales meeting. It is a genuine, expert assessment designed to help you make an informed, confident decision.

Please note: due to limited clinical capacity, only a small number of new patients are accepted each month.

Results That Last

Dr Peter Sanders has placed over 5,000 dental implants with a 98.4% success rate, one of the highest anywhere in the UK.

That kind of consistency isn’t luck.

It’s precision. It’s planning. And it’s over 40 years of experience spent teaching other dentists how to do it right.

It’s also why dentists across the South regularly refer their own patients to him . The ones who are “too complex” or “too technical” for them to treat safely.

But behind every number is a real person.

Someone who can finally eat without worry.

Someone who can finally smile in photos.

Someone who no longer avoids looking in the mirror.

For Dr Sanders, success isn’t measured in implants placed.

It’s measured in lives restored  in the moment a patient looks in the mirror and quietly says, “That’s me again.”

Commonly Asked Questions

Am I suitable for dental implants?

In general, most people with good oral and general health are suitable for dental implants. It is essential that you have enough jawbone density to withhold the implants, however your dentist will assess your suitability during a consultation.

Does it hurt?

We completely understand that fear because nobody loves the dentist’s chair. The good news is that placing dental implants is usually far more comfortable than patients expect.

We use advanced local anaesthetic techniques and a gentle, slow implant placement approach that protects the bone and reduces vibration. Most people say it’s easier than having a tooth removed.

You may feel mild soreness for a day or two afterwards, which is easily managed with standard pain relief.

How long until I can eat?

That depends on the treatment plan, but typically you’ll have temporary teeth fitted straight away or within a few days, so you’re never left without teeth.

Soft foods are recommended for the first couple of day while your implants integrate. Once healed, you’ll be able to eat whatever you like, including steak and apples, with total confidence.

How long do implants last?

Dental implants are designed to be a long-term solution. With proper care, brushing, and regular hygiene visits, they can last decades or even a lifetime.

Dr Sanders’ personal success rate of over 98.4% across more than 5,000 implants means your implants are placed for the long run, not a quick fix.

What if I’ve been told it can’t be done?

That’s one of the most common things we hear, and often it can be done.

Thanks to the Peter Sanders Implant Method™, we’re able to help many patients who were told elsewhere they didn’t have enough bone or that implants weren’t possible.

Using short implants, precise 3D planning, and PRGF healing technology (from your own blood), we can achieve results that weren’t possible 10 years ago.

It’s always worth getting a second opinion, so book a consultation and find out what’s truly possible for you.
