Franco qualified as a dentist at the University of Carabobo, Venezuela in 1993 before taking a 3 years residency at the Oral and Maxillofacial surgery department to learn his craft in the leading dental hospital in Venezuela, the Central Hospital of Valencia-Venezuela. During this time he was mentored by the early pioneers of dental implants and bone regeneration.
Franco owned, operated and placed hundreds of implants at his thriving dental clinic in Venezuela before he sold it and moved to the UK with his wife and children in 2015, settling down on the South Coast.
